This Adapter Pod has already been used for a wire-wrapped Z183 prototype, and was especially useful, since it allowed most of the logic to sit directly underneath.
This Yamaichi production socket is the "cheapest" QFP-100 socket I found (actual price: about $10, but you must buy minimum ten of them from a Yamaichi distributor.) I still have about 10 left because actually I bought 12!
